Website

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Standard server logs may temporarily record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages for security and reliability.

Purchases

Purchases, receipts, downloadable files, and license keys are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Their handling of payment and customer information is governed by their privacy policy.

Desktop application

Models and generated files remain on your computer. Scale & Cut 3D stores application preferences and saved project references locally. The app does not upload model geometry to Scale & Cut 3D servers.

License activation

The app sends the license key and a computer label to Lemon Squeezy to activate, validate, or deactivate a license. Lemon Squeezy may return purchase and activation metadata such as the customer email address and activation count. License data is encrypted locally using operating-system security services.

Bug reports

The Report Bug command prepares diagnostic details for you to review before sending. Reports may contain app settings, operating-system information, recent activity messages, and error details. Do not attach confidential model files unless requested.
